Joseph Dagrosa Jr
Partner
Joseph DaGrosa Jr. is the Founder and Chairman of DaGrosa Capital Partners LLC. Mr. DaGrosa has over 30 years of experience in successfully identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities to deliver long-term value across a wide spectrum of industries including sports & entertainment, retail, food & beverage, insurance, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and aviation. To date, Mr. DaGrosa has led investments of approximately $2 billion in capitalized transactions.
Mr. DaGrosa also serves as Chairman of a number of DCP’s portfolio companies, including Kapital Football Group LLC, a soccer platform holding company that invests in controlling and influential minority stakes in top soccer clubs and academies globally, as well as Soccerex Ltd, the world’s largest organizer of soccer business conferences. Mr. DaGrosa also served as Chairman of GACP Sports LLC, which acquired F.C. Girondins de Bordeaux, a first division French soccer team.
In 2019, Mr. DaGrosa co-founded Quinn Residences, a real estate trust focused on the acquisition and development of single-family home rentals in prime rental-growth cities in the U.S. Quinn Residences is one of the fastest growing companies in the single-family home rental market.
Previously, Mr. DaGrosa was Co-Founder and Senior Partner at 1848 Capital Partners LLC (“1848”), where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s private equity investments. In 2003, Mr. DaGrosa and his partners formed Heartland Food Corp. (“Heartland”), an acquisition vehicle that acquired 248 Burger King franchises out of bankruptcy, and successfully led the turnaround and sale of Heartland to GSO Capital (now part of Blackstone). In 2008, Mr. DaGrosa co-led the acquisition of Jet Support Services Inc. (“JSSI”), the largest independent provider of warranties for maintenance on private jets in the world. Mr. DaGrosa served as Vice-Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer of JSSI until the sale of the company in 2020 to GTCR.
Prior to 1848, Mr. DaGrosa was a Partner at Maplewood Partners LP, a Miami-based private equity firm, where he served as Chief Administrative Partner and Co-Head of Transactions. Mr. DaGrosa began his career in 1986 at Paine Webber, Inc. in the firm’s Capital Markets Division.
Mr. DaGrosa serves on the board of directors for Hoy Health LLC, Soccerex Ltd, Brazil Tower Company LP, and Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc. Previously, Mr. DaGrosa served on the board for Eastern Airlines Group Inc. and SMobile Systems, Inc. He also serves on the board of Camillus House, a non-profit organization focused on meeting the needs of Miami’s homeless citizens.
Mr. DaGrosa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting and Statistics from Syracuse University.

Craig Studnicky
CEO
As the principal and owner of ISG World, Craig brings a wealth of expertise in sales training and management to his role as CEO of RelatedISG Realty. His primary responsibilities entail day-to-day operations, agent communications and the implementation of new programs. His focus is on the growth and quality of the company via recruitment, training and retention of current sales associates.
Studnicky founded ISG World (formally known as International Sales Group) almost 30 years ago. The firm has handled the sales and marketing of over $12.5 billion in pre-construction. RelatedISG Realty, which was formed in 2011 represents the South Florida tri-county market for resales. The firm has over 375 agents and has done $485M+ in sales, as of Q3-2021.
Studnicky began his career in New York City as a sales associate in residential real estate. In 1984, the New Jersey native founded Steven Craig Realty in Atlantic City, shortly after a casino referendum was passed to accommodate the interest in real estate in the flourishing area. His firm became Atlantic City’s leader in real estate. In 1992, Studnicky relocated to Florida to work as Director of Sales for Country Club Estates in Aventura from 1992 to 1994.
ISG World and RelatedISG Realty maintain the area’s top-producing sales force. Due to Studnicky’s keen ability to communicate with training and sales staff, coupled with his excellent customer relationships with developers, the company has always posted record real estate sales.
In 2009, ISG World created the Miami Report, a data and research program that provides industry leaders and consumers an insight into South Florida real estate.

Michael Ambrosio
President
Michael Ambrosio is the President of International Sales Group (ISG). As president, Michael oversees ISG’s day-to-day operations and multiple residential developments represented by the firm, while also adding to ISG’s current client portfolio. Prior to his position as President, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer for ISG.
Michael entered the residential development business in the early 70’s at Citibank where he worked on the assets of Real Estate Development Company, a publicly traded organization in the American Stock Exchange with 23 communities throughout the country. After successfully reorganizing that company, Michael moved to Florida and continued to build his portfolio in the development business, when he eventually rose to President of Westfield financial corporation.
From Westfield, Michael became a partner at Landa Properties where he developed an array of apartment/condominium projects, single-family homes, and a quarter of a million square feet of retail and office space throughout South Florida. International Sales Group’s corporate offices in Aventura are just one of the results of his development experience.

Sandra Arguello
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Sandra Arguello oversees all ISG World and RelatedISG Realty’s marketing efforts.
Sandra has a well-rounded marketing background, and is a highly motivated, positive and driven marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. Sandra’s acumen for multi-tasking and a tenacious work ethic, has proven to contribute to the firm’s growth through the implementation of effective marketing and communication initiatives. She has been instrumental in connecting people, projects and services, and enhancing the brand through purposeful messaging that convey the firm’s benefits to clients, while internally instilling those values to staff.
Most recently, Sandra held the role of Sr. Marketing Director at Douglas Elliman Florida Development Marketing Division where she worked closely with developers and sales teams in luxury projects in the Broward and Palm Beach Counties. She was also Marketing Director for the Residential Division of the development firm, Turnberry Associates. She was responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the brand’s luxury real estate residential marketing efforts and oversaw all the marketing initiatives including public relations, traditional advertising, social media, events, creative direction and execution, and digital marketing (SEO/SEM key word strategy, email campaigns to both brokers and consumers). Prior to that, Sandra was part of the marketing team at EDSA, the award-winning master planning architectural firm whose global portfolio includes planning, landscape architecture and urban design services for hospitality, residential, campus, healthcare and commercial projects around the world.
Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Florida International University and is a licensed real estate associate.

Athena Rossano
VP of Market Research
Athena Rossano began her career with International Sales Group in 2004 as a Project Administrator for Ocean Marine Yacht Club and La Perla. During her early years with ISG, she was mentored by Craig Studnicky and learned everything about the Real Estate Market including Sales, Administration, Pricing and Market Research. In 2008 she received her MBA in International Business with a minor in Marketing and in 2009, she was promoted to Director of Market Research and helped published the first Miami Report.
In 2015, South Florida Business Journal named Athena as one of the Top Real Estate Experts in South Florida. To-date, Athena is approached by many Developers and Banking Institution requesting customized market research for their monthly and yearly reports.
