ISG World obtains investment from DaGrosa Capital

By Brian Bandell  –  Senior Reporter, South Florida Business Journal

Miami-based real estate brokerage ISG World has obtained an investment from DaGrosa Capital Partners.

The Miami-based firm didn’t disclose how much it invested in ISG World, but it said the deal was with ISG World co-founder and CEO Craig Studnicky. The company, which specializes in new and preconstruction condo sales, has sold more than $12 billion in real estate in 150 projects since it was founded in 1992.

Miami Mayor Francis Suarez is a senior operating partner at DaGrosa Capital Partners.

“ISG is clearly a recognized leader and expert in the South Florida real estate market, as evidenced by its representation of some of the most prestigious developers and financial institutions in the country,” said Joseph DaGrosa, founder and chairman of DaGrosa Capital Partners. “We believe that, given the experience and reputation of ISG World, our partnership will help pave the way for ISG World’s continued success.”

ISG World has 20 agents. It’s also a partner in Related ISG Realty, a partnership between Studnicky and Miami-based condo developer The Related Group that has over 400 agents.

“A new wave of preconstruction condominium development has already begun, and we expect considerably more development as interest in the South Florida real estate market expands globally,” Studnicky said. “In partnership with DCP, I believe ISG World is now positioned to take on an even greater role in the market for condominium sales in South Florida.”
